Terms & Conditions Service Use of Marhabawefada

By creating an account and/or using this service system ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agreed to, and are bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Definition

    1.1. Platform: A web-based system provided by Marhaba Wefada to facilitate agents (including Sales Agents and Travel Agencies) in booking travel services and distributing quotations.

    1.2. Agent: An individual or business entity that registers and uses the platform for commercial purposes related to travel services.

    1.3. Quotation: A price offer document generated by the system, either in standard or whitelabel format.

    1.4. Cashback/Commission: Incentives earned by the Agent from successful service sales, in accordance with the policies and schemes of the service provider or system operator.

2. Account and User Responsibilities

Users are expected to maintain the integrity and security of their accounts. The responsibilities that must be adhered to in order to ensure proper account management and prevent misuse.

    2.1. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date data during the registration process.

    2.2. Accounts may only be operated by the registered party. Transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited without written consent from the platform operator.

    2.3. Quotation: A price offer document generated by the system, either in standard or whitelabel format.

    2.4. All activities conducted through the user's account are the sole responsibility of the account owner.

3. Use of the Platform

The platform is designed to facilitate travel-related transactions in a professional and ethical manner. Users are expected to follow these usage guidelines to ensure proper and responsible use.

    3.1. The platform is provided solely for the purpose of travel service bookings and quotation distribution by agents.

    3.2. Agents must use the white-label feature ethically and professionally, and may not misuse any logos or identities of other entities.

    3.3. Using the system for activities that violate laws, business ethics, or the rights of third parties will result in account suspension without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Markup Policy

The platform allows flexibility in setting prices, but all agents must adhere to transparent and fair pricing practices. The following points outline the key rules regarding pricing and markup:

    4.1. Service prices may change at any time depending on the service provider's policies or market factors.

    4.2. Agents are permitted to apply price markups on quotations generated from the system, but are responsible for the final price displayed to the customer

    4.3. Any attempt to manipulate the system for fraudulent pricing or cashback purposes may result in account freezing.

5. Cashback, Commission, and Wallet

The platform offers cashback and commission features as part of its service incentives. These benefits are subject to specific conditions.

    5.1. Cashback and/or commissions are provided according to the terms of each service and will only be credited after the service has been used by the end customer.

    5.2. All cashback transactions will be recorded in the user's digital wallet within the system.

    5.3. The platform reserves the right to review, withhold, or cancel cashback if policy violations or fraudulent activity are detected.

6. Fund Withdrawal

Users are allowed to withdraw funds accumulated in their platform wallet, provided that certain conditions are met. The withdrawal process is governed by the following rules:

    6.1. Withdrawals can only be made from validated balances that are not in a pending status.

    6.2. Withdrawals are only permitted to bank accounts under the same name as the verified account data.

    6.3. The operator reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request if inconsistencies or indications of misuse are found.

7. Quotation Validity and Time Zone

Quotations generated by the platform have specific validity periods that are influenced by system settings and the user’s time zone.

    7.1. Each quotation has an expiry period calculated based on its creation time and the duration set by the system.

    7.2. Quotation validity takes into account the user’s time zone, based on geographic location or system configuration.

    7.3. The administrator reserves the right to determine or modify the default quotation expiry duration through system settings.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

The platform reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, as well as to manage account termination based on certain conditions.

    8.1. All personal information and transaction data will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    8.2. We may use your data for service improvement, internal audits, and misuse prevention.

    8.3. User data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law

9. Changes and Termination

    9.1. The operator may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced via email or platform notifications.

    9.2. Continued use of the service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

    9.3. Users may close their accounts at any time, but historical transaction data will remain the property of the operator for system audit purposes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    10.1. The platform is not liable for any service failures or delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

    10.2. The operator is not responsible for claims made by end customers regarding quotations or services provided by agents.
